* Any dispute over payments made outside our platform will not be entertained.

By registering as a teacher/tutor on GyandeepShiksha.com, you agree to:
1. *Verification*: Provide valid identity proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License), recent photographs, and proof of educational qualifications.
2. *Professional Conduct*: Maintain professionalism at all times. You must not engage in activities such as:
* Asking for money for admissions or placements.
* Making false promises of guaranteed results.
* Any activity unrelated to teaching.
3. *Updates*: Keep your contact details and address current.
4. *Communication*: You may receive class notifications and updates via SMS, email, or calls. You can opt out anytime in your account settings.
5. *Consequences of Misconduct*: Any fraud or misconduct may lead to suspension, blacklisting, and legal action.
By registering as a student or parent on GyandeepShiksha.com, you agree to:
1. *Verification*: Verify the tutor’s ID and credentials before starting sessions.
2. *Safety*: Ensure that at least one responsible adult is present at home during tutoring sessions.
3. *Payments*:
* Use only GyandeepShiksha’s secure payment system.
* Payments made directly to tutors are not covered under our protection, and we will not be responsible for disputes.
* Fees are released to tutors only after students/parents confirm that sessions are completed.
4. *No Guarantees*: While we connect you with tutors, we do not guarantee academic results or exam success.
5. *Supervision*: We are not responsible for theft, loss of personal belongings, or non-academic incidents during sessions. Parents should monitor sessions for safety.
